We can deliver most of our products to countries worldwide but there may be some exclusions requested by individual suppliers

What delivery method do we use?

During checkout you will usually be offered a range of delivery options from letter post; courier services and in some areas, same day delivery if your orders fall below a certain threshold.
All our courier services orders are shipped on a next day basis. However, if you opt for premium delivery the shipment is prioritized for picking and shipping and normally same day; if orders arrive before 2.30pm or next working day for orders placed after 2.30pm. Non prioritized deliveries are shipped by the same courier method, however, only once the prioritized orders are shipped. Orders placed on a Friday after 2.30pm are processed on the following monday (barring Bank Holiday Mondays). Deliveries are made monday to fridays only (not weekends).

If all the goods for premium delivery are shipped we continue to pick and ship non prioritized orders and ship the soonest we can giving an automatic upgrade.

Please Note: Larger and more expensive items cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses and tracking numbers may be withheld (this is to avoid your delivery being re-routed by illegitimate third parties) but you can ask for a status by contacting us via our contact form or the helpdesk in your account page

Track Deliveries

We offer UPS courier delivery to domestic and international customers allowing orders to be fully traceable. The price of this service is dependent on the country or region.

If your order qualifies for the courier service you will be shown this as a delivery option in the Basket and Checkout pages. Here you can select which delivery method you would like.

Delivering to your address

Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect mail once an order has been processed.

For these reasons please supply us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card. You can then phone them to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.

Please Note: Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses

Missing Parcels/Damage

Please be aware that if you request that goods are left safe via the courier notes, we cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from a local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.

Free Delivery

We offer FREE DELIVERY to mainland UK (excluding N.Ireland & Highlands and remote rural areas) on almost every product of qualifying values!
We do not offer free international shipping
You can choose your delivery options in your shopping basket.

Will I automatically get free delivery on my order?
No - you need to select it from the checkout screen for an item value that qualifies.

Will I receive my order any sooner if I pay for delivery?

Yes - we process orders where priority despatch has been paid for first.

If you pay for priority despatch, we will despatch the items we have in stock straight away with the remainder going onto back order. These items are despatched when they have all come into stock or after a week, whichever is sooner.

If you select the free delivery option, we will despatch all your items together when they are all in stock. If we are still waiting for items after a week, we will despatch the ones we do have

As we only show what is immediately available as in stock this is unlikely unless the item sells out during stock updates

Items on back order will be despatched as soon as they arrive with no delivery charge

For items where there is limited stock, we will give priority to customers paying for priority despatch.

Deliveries are made monday to friday only.

Pay for priority despatch in the normal way - that way, we'll despatch usually same day.
